Interviewing Customers 3
I did not due the other interviewing customers so this is the first one I did. I learned that certain consumers are more responsible than other. I learned from my interviews that about 2/5 people have a grocery list and the average young person waste about 20-60 dollars a week. As we can tell we will be able to create a larger and more consumer oriented list if I were outside of a grocery store where we can get people to sample the product or get test results from this type of consumer testing.

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of your product. I have a similar struggle before going shopping. I tend to spend about 15 minutes looking up coupons and what is on sale at publix before shopping. If the app was free or merely $.99 cents, I think that it would be very popular. I think that your questions were very accurate but unfortunately the assignment was to give them a quick synopsis of your business in paragraph form and let them respond to your idea.

ReplyDeleteGreat idea! I think it would be a great way to train people how to grocery shop properly. If people were more aware how much money they were wasting per week, I am sure they would be more self aware and definitely use your app. Great questions but maybe give customers a summary of your idea on an index card in the future to get more feedback for your idea.
