Half way Reflection

1) Tenaciousness is a skill. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?
I feel that one of the behavior that I have used was being able to space out all of the work in a way to create a daily task instead of doing everything a once.

2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?
I felt like giving up on some assignments when I had to speak to strangers. I still feel very uncomfortable speaking with strangers but I am getting better over time. Even though I pick and choose the assignment I will try my best to complete everything the next half of the class.

3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?
Do everything as soon as possible.
Get out of your comfort zone
and try and create many small ideas and develop them.

  1. Hi!
I love how straight to the point you were. I appreciate that one of your tips is to get out of your comfort zone as it is something I have struggled with. Although this class definitely pushes you to learn how to go up to strangers and be able to pitch not only yourself, but a product. I like the color scheme of your blog instead of the orange as it brings more attention to your words. I wish you the best of luck in your venture. Check out mine if you have a chance. http://domdey10.blogspot.com/2016/02/half-way-reflection.html

  2. Hi Fernando,

I agree completely with everything that you have stated. Although this been quite challenging and cumbersome I am sure we are all the better for it. I hope you will be making strides in entrepreneurship outside of this course. I am happy to see you are moving in the right direction.
